Miss G Scott

Miss Scott has a BA in Performing Arts from the Liverpool Institute For Performing Arts (LIPA)  where she studied both Music and Performance Design. She has been teaching for 13 years and previously worked at  Birmingham Ormiston Academy (BOA)  for eight years, where she was the Director of Visual Arts & Design and the NQT professional Mentor for the academy. Miss Scott left BOA in 2019 to take on the role of Lead Teacher of Art & Design at Studley High School and has since been promoted to the role of Assistant Headteacher in 2020.

Key responsibilities include:

• Strategic Lead of quality of education – T and L.
• Strategic lead of CPD for all staff.
• Oversight of all NPQ courses.
• SHS link to MAT for CPD, Coaching, Leadership
• Development and T and L champions
• Strategic oversight of internal ML and SL courses.
• Strategic oversight of coaching.
• Strategic oversight and lead on the performance
• management process for teaching and support staff.
• Head of Art and Photography.
