Big Chef, Little Chef: A Delicious Transition Event at Studley High School

On Monday, primary school children from Webheath Primary School and Feckenham Primary School had the wonderful opportunity to attend the “Big Chef, Little Chef” event at Studley High School.

This special transition event was designed to help the young students feel more comfortable and excited about their upcoming move to secondary school.

The event saw the enthusiastic primary school children team up with our talented Year 9 pupils to bake a variety of delicious dishes. Together, they created an impressive afternoon tea spread, showcasing their culinary skills and teamwork. The menu included a range of treats, from savoury bites to sweet delights, all prepared with great care and creativity.
At the end of the day, the children proudly presented their culinary creations to their parents, who joined them to enjoy the afternoon tea.

The event was a resounding success, with smiles all around and a sense of accomplishment felt by everyone involved. It was a fantastic experience that not only allowed the children to learn new skills but also helped to build new friendships and ease the transition to Studley High School.

We are incredibly proud of all the students who participated and grateful to the parents for their support. The “Big Chef, Little Chef” event was truly enjoyed by all and will be remembered as a great experience for everyone involved.
