Mr L Gray

Mr Gray has a BSc in Zoology from Nottingham University and an MSc in Biological Anthropology from Durham. He completed his PGCE at Cheltenham and Gloucester College of Higher Education in 1998. He started his career at Chipping Campden School becoming an Advanced Skills Teacher, before teaching overseas in Thailand and then Monaco. On return to the UK he worked at Tudor Grange Solihull before taking up his first headship at Studley in 2014. He became Principal in 2019.

Key responsibilities include: Strategic overview of the Shires Academy Trust and Shires Teaching Alliance, accountability of all schools within the Trust.
