Mr R Harrington

Mr Harrington joined Studley High School in 2022, following a 32-year career in banking with HSBC. During this time he experienced a wide number of roles in Corporate Banking, and for the last seven years was the Regional Head of Corporate Coverage in the Midlands region, leading a team of 20 senior managers, providing innovative banking solutions to Global corporate clients to enhance their working capital and liquidity options. This also included reducing operational risk and increasing automation and efficiencies. He also holds the Certificate of International Cash Management from the Association of Corporate Treasurers.
He is also Treasurer of the Astwood Bank Community Group and Chair of the Astwood Bank Welfare Association charity.

Responsibilities:

Strategic leadership, management, and development of efficient financial, compliance and support services for Studley High School. Advise on and implement the day-to-day support that enables the school to operate effectively and efficiently, and that allows other members of the leadership team to focus on teaching and learning.
