Mrs L Monfardini
Mrs Monfardini brings over 15 years of teaching experience to Studley, including over 12 years specialising in Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). She holds a BSc in Sports Science from Birmingham University and a PGCE in Secondary Physical Education. Her career began as a PE teacher, but her passion for inclusive education quickly led her into SEND, where she became the Teacher in Charge of an Autism Base and later a SENDCo.
At Studley, Mrs Monfardini leads the provision for students with special educational needs, ensuring every child receives the support they need to thrive. She also serves as the SEND Lead for the Shires Academy Trust, working collaboratively across schools to champion inclusive practices and drive improvement in SEND provision.
