We are really proud to read the overwhelmingly positive feedback from our recent Year 7 parental survey. The feedback just confirms how well we feel year 7 have settled into our school community and thrown themselves into #lifeatStudley.
Some of the key headlines are:
- 100% of parents felt that their child had settled well into Studley High School
- 99% said their child feels safe and secure at school
- 97% said their child enjoys going to school
- 99% said that their child had been provided opportunities, that appealed to them, to get involved with life outside the classroom
- 94% said my child feels they are well supported in the classroom
Parents said:
“My child is so invested in the culture credit system; it allows her to see her hard work being recognised. We couldn’t be happier with how she has been challenged and how much she has grown since starting at Studley. Whenever we’ve had a concern, the teachers have been quick to respond and are so helpful.”
“Staff see the potential in each child and help them achieve the best they can.”
“I love the amount of clubs on offer, the fact that the school views the child on the whole, not just in terms of their academic ability.
“My daughter is well supported by the teaching staff and is happy in school. She has said she loves everything about school.”
“The family feel, even though it’s a large high school. My children have been positive from the start.”
“We like that it’s very clear about how pupils are expected to behave & that if you are invested & enthusiastic there is lots of support.”
