A couple of weeks ago, 60 year 7 pupils went on a trip to Warwick Castle.

It was a fun-filled day, with plenty of activities to enhance their understanding of their recent history study on life in medieval England.

All pupils were able to walk around the walls of the castle and climb the tallest tower in the castle, seeing some impressive views and definitely getting up their step count for the day!

There were also battle skills workshops, falconry and horse shows, trebuchets, a weapon-making walkthrough, and a visit toΒ the Great Hall. A real favourite of the day was the Horrible Histories Maze.

The pupils were all excellent, asking lots of questions to learn more and having lots of fun along the way.
