Studley High School Celebrates VE Day at 80 with a Feast Fit for Heroes
Students were treated to a special commemorative experience today, thanks to the incredible efforts of the team at Shires Catering. The canteen was transformed into a tribute to Victory in Europe (VE) Day, marking the 80th anniversary of this historic event with a menu and atmosphere that brought history to life.
From traditional wartime-inspired dishes to a festive setting adorned with themed decorations, Shires Catering made the occasion memorable. The celebration not only honoured the sacrifices and triumphs of the past but also provided an opportunity for students to learn about the significance of VE Day in a unique and engaging way.
