Year 10 Design Technology students recently went on an exciting field trip to the MAD museum in Stratford. The museum is a unique and fascinating place that showcases mechanical art and design. During the visit, the students had the opportunity to research and explore the various mechanical toys on display, which will provide inspiration for their own toy designs this term. This experience was invaluable for the students, as they were able to gain a deeper understanding of the principles of mechanical design and how they can be applied to create their own unique toys. We are excited to see the creative and innovative designs that our students will come up with this term, and we are confident that their visit to the MAD museum will have a lasting impact on their approach to design and technology.
