Year 10 Business Students Impress at Studley Dragons Event
We are extremely proud of our Year 10 GCSE Business students, who showcased their entrepreneurial skills in the highly anticipated Studley Dragons event yesterday. The students took on the challenge of developing a business idea and pitching it to a panel of ‘dragons’ in a format inspired by the well-known television series.
Each student group worked hard to refine their proposals, considering key business elements such as target market, market research, finance, advertising, and pricing strategies. This experience provided a valuable opportunity to develop essential skills including teamwork, leadership, and communication – all crucial for future success in the world of business.
A special highlight of the event was the presence of our guest dragon, Damian Lee from @Swift, who was truly impressed by the professionalism and maturity demonstrated by our students. His valuable insights and feedback provided an inspiring learning experience for all involved.
